Prep Baseball

• The Federal Way Eagles won a slugfest Monday over Beamer, 14-11. The Eagles took a 10-0 lead, but had to hang on in the end. Nick Tanielu finished 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs for Federal Way. Travis Crumb had two triples and two RBIs for Beamer, who beat Stadium Wednesday, 19-4.

• North Thurston outlasted Decatur Monday, 8-6. Nelson Atkinson was 2 for 4 with two RBIs.

Prep Fastpitch

• Beamer blew away Federal Way Monday, 11-0. Emma Blauser threw a one-hitter with 11 K’s and Taylor Winton and Briana Grosche both had home runs. The Titans then lost to Kentridge Tuesday, 7-3.

• Jefferson dominated Decatur in a non-leaguer Tuesday, 11-0. Hannah Kiyohara, Christi Bruin and Cassidy Dewaele all had two RBIs.
