Federal Way wrestling coaching legends retire

Three coaches across Federal Way middle schools called it a career.

A trio of wrestling coaches at the middle school level called it a career during the Federal Way Middle School District Wide Tournament.

Michael Alvick from Sequoyah Middle School, Tom Eilertson (Illahee) and Dennis McCloud (Sacajawea) were honored at the wrestling meet at Kilo Middle School on Jan. 28.

The three of them are long-time wrestling coaches and have made an impact on countless wrestlers and non-wrestlers over their careers.
