A: Nutrition and wellness class.
Q: What other activities/hobbies do you participate in?
A: I like drinking kava and spending time with family and friends.

A: My father, Rais Aho, because he was always tough on me, but without his tough love, I wouldn’t have the character as a student/athlete.
Q: Do you have a pregame/competition ritual or postgame tradition, and what is it?
A: Smile, pray, and listen to music.
Q: Song you currently can’t get enough of?
A: “God’s Plan” by Drake.
From the sideline: Senior Sione Aho threw a personal best 144 feet, 10 inches in the discus, which moved him to No. 2 on the NPSL discus throwers this early in the season. Sione’s hard work in the weight room and constant focus on improving his technique in practice have made him a leader and example to other athletes.
