A: Friends and family – all the little things mean so much.

A: “Just do what you do.”

A: Pre-game: I touch the ground then do the sign of the cross. Post-game: Mom’s cooking.

From the sidelines: TJHS senior Nicolas Nava Roman is ranked No. 1 in the NPSL with the fastest 5K time heading into the league championship meet. He is the All-City meet champion, won three out of four league meets and the team to an undefeated league record of 7-0. He also contributed to the 2022 NPSL 3A league championship awarded to the boys cross country team.
