Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?
A: Currently student store.
Q: What hobbies do you enjoy outside of your sport?
A: Video games, talking with friends and working at my job.
Q: Who is the person in your life that has helped you succeed the most?
A: My mom because without her, I wouldn’t be able to do much.
Q: If you could have dinner with anyone (living or from the past), who would it be?
A: My grandma because her food is good.
Q: Describe your pre-game ritual:
A: Hydrate, stretch and talk to my teammates.
Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?
A: “After Hours” by The Weeknd.
From the sidelines: DHS senior Alex J. Kim has continued to drop time in his four events on the Decatur boys swim team. Currently a member of the 200 Medley and 400 Free Relay teams and also 100 Free and 100 Breaststroke. Alex is a captain of our team and on track to earn his third varsity letter award. Alex has also excelled in the classroom earning a 3.840 cumulative grade point average challenging himself with seven Advanced Placement courses. He has served our community as a member of the Decatur High School National Honor Society.
