From the sidelines: As a freshman, Mariana was the highest placer for girls wrestling in the Federal Way school district. She went 4-2 at the MAT CLASSIC finishing the season with an impressive 39-8 record and placing 4th in her weight class of 105. She brings a fierce competitive attitude to the sport, yet is extremely humble and always willing to lend a helping hand to her coaches and teammates.
