Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?
A: History because I’ve loved it since third grade, or leadership because it inspires me to be a better person.
Q: What hobbies do you enjoy outside of your sport?
A: Hanging out with friends and going shopping.
Q: Who is the person in your life that has helped you succeed the most?
A: My bowling coach has helped me become a better bowler.
Q: What’s the best advice you’ve been given when it comes to your sport?
A: Never rush because that will lead to failure.
Q: Describe your pre-game ritual and post-game meal:
A: Pre: Stretch, make sure each other are having fun. Post: Anything because I am always hungry after a match.
Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?
A: “TMT” By Stray Kids.
From the sidelines: TJHS sophomore Samyia Gildon has had an incredible start to the bowling season. On Dec. 5, she bowled 216/209. The next day she bowled 170/213 and on Dec. 8, she bowled 180/195. She average 197 for the week.
