Team USA, organized through Big League Edge in Auburn, traveled down Aug. 5-8 to the Dominican Republic to compete in the Santo Domingo Diamond Classic. The 11-and-under team played six games and went undefeated, winning the championship game 16-0. Two players from the local Federal Way Bandits 11u, Bubba Sagdahl and Garrett Neiss, were among the players on the team.
