Their award at the state competition came fresh on the heels of multiple wins at the USA Dance Nationals Competition in Anaheim, California. The team placed third in both the small hip hop category and large hip hop category, beating out teams from all over the country. The Titans also took first place at the West Central District Championship earlier in the month.

The 21-member team is coached by Valicia Valiani and assisted by Billie Wilson. The team’s award-winning hip-hop routine at the state competition was choreographed by Daniel Cruz. Team captains this year are Madeline Blauser, Sarah Clow, Kalena Corpuz and Sakile Fundisha-Bey.

The team’s season officially ends with their annual showcase and fundraiser, Beamer Breakdown, on April 24-25 at Todd Beamer High School. Beamer Breakdown features signature performances from the team, along with guest performers from the greater Seattle area. Ticket and concession sales at the event help fund the team’s travel, costumes and other expenses.

Tickets are available at the door for $10, $8 for students.
