Each year’s election seems more important than the last. The stakes are high. This year we have some serious issues facing us with funding our education system properly, a difficult commute, and how to rejuvenate our economy with good-paying jobs.

We need Kristine Reeves to be elected. She will fight to fully fund education and, as a mother of two young children and a longtime Federal Way resident, she knows the struggles the middle-class faces. A small business owner, she understands what is required to invigorate job creation and opportunity in our community. Her values led her to build support for veteran’s jobs and health care, and she understands well the challenges through her brother who served honorably in the United States Air Force.

Let’s get enthused, turn out and support representatives who represent us. Those who have ideas, experience and can work together with other like-minded Democrats to take action on behalf of our community!
