William Don Blackburn passed away on September 5th, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. Bill was born May 22nd, 1942 in Port Angeles, WA to Max and Jane Blackburn. Bill was CEO of Ramco Construction Tools and Cascade Metallurgical in Kent, WA. Bill enjoyed golfing, collecting and showing Koi fish both Nationally and Internationally.

Bill is survived by his wife Marianne, children David Blackburn, Shannon Blackburn, and Danielle Myrick. Grandchildren, Jaydon, Max, Major and Kaylie.

Memorial Service will held at 12:30 PM on 12/09/2021 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, West Seattle.
