Richard (Dick) E. Packnett, a lifetime resident of Federal Way, died Feb. 19. He was 60.

He was born in Tacoma and was a 1961 graduate of Federal Way High School.

He enlisted in the Air Force in January 1965 and was honorably discharged in January 1969. He was a retired member of more than 30 years of IBEW Local 76 and a life member of HOG International.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa; a daughter, Ricki Camacho; a son, Troy Packnett; his mother, Evelyn Packnett; a brother, Marvin Packnett; a sister, Dawn Packnett O’Neill; and grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. March 20 at Mountain View Lutheran Church, 3505 122nd Ave. E. in Edgewood.
