Janet Woods died March 4. She was 57.

She was born Feb. 15, 1947, in Tacoma, grew up in a military family and in 1971 married Larry Woods. Their family lived in Federal Way for more than 20 years.

She was the owner of Cartoon Club, a SeaTac Mall store specializing in cartoon-related apparel and merchandise.

She was very active in PTA .

Survivors include her husband; children David, Spencer and Natalee; a sister, Susan; a brother, Michael; and her father, Vincent Loop.

A memorial will be held at 3 p.m. March 12 at Price-Helton Funeral Home in Auburn.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Dr. Philip Gold Cancer Research Foundation at the Swedish Cancer Institute, 1221 Madison St. Seattle, WA 98104.
