Eric Rice, Boeing Machinist, passed away unexpectedly in his Lynnwood home at the age of 36.

Eric was born in Renton, WA on January 25, 1982 to Nancy and Roger Rice. He graduated from Federal Way High in 2000 and from Renton Technical College in 2012. He began working at Boeing in October of 2012.

Eric was a reserved person who enjoyed sharing his dry wit, intelligence, and Simpson’s quotes with close friends and family. He had a great love for history, space, politics, gaming, and the Seahawks. Eric was the type of guy whom you could always count on to help you move with a simple, “Yeah.” The most efficient with words, saving them for a spirited debate or reminding his Mom who that one guy was in that movie she saw that one time. Always the vast ocean of knowledge, we could always count on him to remember the tiny details of past events.

Eric is survived by his mother, Nancy Rice, his sister, Kimberly English, and his niece, Lillian and nephew, Russell. He is sorely missed.
