Dennis G. Woodey died July 29. He was 64.
He was a graduate of Central Washington State University and a 29-year Boeing employee.
He was a lifelong volunteer in the Federal Way school district, a Little League baseball umpire and a coach in baseball and soccer.
Through the fabrication division at Boeing, he volunteered at the Pediatric Interim Child Care Center in Kent.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; children Scott, Erinn and Ryan; a sister, Diane Hobson of Camarillo, Calif.; and five grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Virginia of Seattle.
A celebration of his life is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 4 at Mount Baker Community Club, 2811 Mt. Rainier Drive S., in Seattle.
