Delmar Carl Henry, a former Federal Way resident, died Dec. 7 in Everett. He was 72.
He was born Dec. 15, 1931, in Yakima. After graduation from Yakima High School, he entered the Air Force and served in the Korean War, flying 25 missions as a B-29 tail gunner.
He married his high school sweetheart, JoEtta Arnt, on Sept. 3, 1953.
He worked as a printer, retiring after many years with the Seattle Times.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years; a daughter, Cheri Albright of Federal Way; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Cal Henry.
A graveside service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Dec. 13 at Floral Hills Cemetery, located at 409 Filbert Road in Lynnwood.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to Medic One or the American Diabetes Association.
