Betty L. Trask of Des Moines died Jan. 18.

She attended Church of the Good Shephard in Federal Way and was a longtime volunteer with the Federal Way Symphony.

Survivors include her son, Grover Trask, his wife Kellye and their two children.

The family requests that any memorials be sent to Federal Way Care Givers, in care of Church of the Good Shephard.
