Alice Jane Miller died Jan. 18 in Federal Way. She was 95.

She was born Nov. 27, 1909 in Yachats, Ore.

Survivors include a daughter, Caroline Miller; a sister, Hazel Gourley; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Lester; son Lester Jr.; daughter Elizabeth Ann; three brothers and five sisters.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Jan. 26 at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, 2520 Sixth Ave., in Tacoma.

The family suggests that memorials be made to American Heart Association, 4414 Woodland Park Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98103, or Sixth Avenue Baptist Church.
