Mirror staff reports:
Diana and Larry Larson are both disabled and now can go to and from their Federal Way home without assistance, thanks to Dave Main and Michelle Trey of Creative Home Partners LLC. Their crew volunteered for the Master Builders Care Foundation’s 19th Annual Rampathon.
The Larsons’ wheelchair ramp extended the length of their home. Master Builders Care Foundation volunteers built 14 free wheelchair ramps for low-income disabled homeowners on May 19. Since 1993, teams from the Master Builders Association have built 320 free wheelchair ramps in the two counties.
The Master Builders Care Foundation is the philanthropic non-profit arm of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish counties. Founded in 1909, the Master Builders Association is a trade association comprised of nearly 3,000 companies involved in the residential and light commercial construction industry. It is the nation’s oldest and largest local home building association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders.
