South King Fire and Rescue responded just after 1 p.m. Tuesday to a two-car accident near the intersection of 348th Street and Pacific Highway South in Federal Way. The passengers in the cars were unhurt, but a fire hydrant wasn’t so lucky. It broke and gushed out water for about 15 minutes.
