The original story remains below.

Federal Way police are looking for a 90-year-old man who was reported missing Wednesday night after leaving his Federal Way home Wednesday morning.

Herman Johnson left his house in the 2000 block of South 279th Place at about 11 a.m. in his gray 2002 Kia Optima, Washington license plate AFT7242. When Johnson hadn’t returned by about 7 p.m., his son called police and reported his father missing.

Johnson’s son told officers his father frequents Celebration Park to walk the soccer fields but had never been gone this long. He also said Johnson has “some balance issues” and “has lost some of his mental ability.”

Johnson is listed as 5 feet 11 inches and 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing jeans, a tan lightweight jacket and a blue hat.
