Tip-A-Cop at Red Robin will benefit the Special Olympics

Federal Way police officers will wait tables Saturday at Red Robin as part of the annual Tip-A-Cop event to benefit the Special Olympics.

Federal Way police officers will wait tables Saturday at Red Robin as part of the annual Tip-A-Cop event to benefit the Special Olympics.

Police will collect tips and serve guests from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 12 at Red Robin, 2233 S. 320th St., Federal Way.

All 38 Red Robin restaurants in Washington will participate. Tip-A-Cop is part of the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign, which includes a series of relay runs and special events to benefit the Special Olympics. All proceeds raised from Tip-A-Cop go toward local programs for Special Olympics.
