According to initial reports, three people were injured, two seriously, when a car apparently crashed into a utility van late Monday morning at the interchange of S. 320th Street and I-5 in Federal Way. The crash caused traffic on 320th Street to slow, and also diverted local bus routes for a time.

This increase was attributed to the implementation of a prosecutor dedicated to working full-time on retail crime case filings.
The explosion did not appear to be accidental
