The Washington State Department of Transportation is reporting a 5 mile back-up on northbound Interstate 5 through Federal Way. The back-up is due to a collision at the Highway 18 interchange (mile post 142). As of 2:33 p.m., the collision was blocking the two right lanes of I-5. Medical aid, fire assistance, an incident response team, tow assistance and the State Patrol have arrived on scene.
