A major supplier to Federal Way-based drug dealers was nabbed by the Federal Way Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) on Monday.
A search and arrest warrant was served to the 30-year-old male suspect in Tukwila on July 26. The arrest is the result of a drug investigation and countless hours of surveillance by the department’s SIU detectives and federal law enforcement agents.
“This suspect was supplying Federal Way-based drug dealers with large amounts of heroin and cocaine,” according to a social media post made by Federal Way Police. “This arrest will make a significant impact to the citizens of Federal Way.”
During the search, officers seized approximately 1 pound of suspected cocaine, approximately 5 pounds of suspected heroin and $28,000 in cash, according to Federal Way Police.
