The King County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration concluded “Operation Pink Tiger” on May 9 with the filing of charges against six defendants for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine. The arrests May 8 bring to 17 the total number of defendants charged in the case. Among those charged May 9 include Federal Way resident Oscar Manual Vargas-Feliz, 32. The operation took its name from the nickname of the probe’s original target.
