• Sport: Track and field

• Accomplishment: Adams had an impressive freshman season last year, which included a school-record in the shot put with a throw of 41-1 and appearances in the Class 4A state championships in the shot and discus. She has continued to impress this year and is currently undefeated in both the dual meet and invitational schedule this season. Last week, Adams won the shot put with a throw of 40-10 1/2 and the discus with a throw of 112-3 in a dual meet against Kentridge.
