With election results slated for certification on Tuesday, Mayor-elect Skip Priest will be sworn-in at 2 p.m. Nov. 23 at Federal Way City Hall council chambers, 33325 8th Ave. S. The public is also invited to attend a reception celebrating the inauguration of Federal Way’s first elected mayor at 6 p.m. Dec. 7 at City Hall. The mayor’s ceremonial oath of office will be administered later that evening at the 7 p.m. city council meeting.
