Man finds stranger jumping his fence, police find him asleep | Federal Way Police Blotter

• At 12:28 a.m. July 17 at 28403 20th Ave. S. an officer responded to a residence where the owner reported a male had jumped his fence. The male was still in the yard and police found him asleep. The intoxicated man awoke to be issued a Minor in Possession and police transported him home.

• At 2:39 p.m. July 17 at 35100 Enchanted Parkway South police responded to a report of a child left unattended in a vehicle. The boy appeared to be approximately three years old. The officer waited for his mother to arrive and then issued her a citation.

• At 4:25 p.m. July 17 police were dispatched to 2020 S. 320th Street where a male was seen punching a female in the face. He was seen putting a gun in the female’s purse. Both parties were contacted separately. The female is 17 years old. The male was found in possession of marijuana.

• At 9:08 p.m. July 18 at Southwest 327th Street a woman reported that another woman driving a Honda Civic ran over the complainant’s pet dog and killed it. The owner shouted at the driver to stop, but she did not.

• At 12:51 a.m. July 18 at 33020 10th Ave. S.W. a man reported he found $5,000 in an apartment he was showing.

• At 1:10 p.m. July 18 at 876 S. 333rd St. a man reported that while on a nature walk with 10 summer camp students he witnessed two men performing oral sex on each other. The men ran when spotted and the witness found condom evidence in the area they had previously located.

• At 1:31 p.m. July 17 at 30023 2nd Court S. a woman and her dog were attacked by neighbor’s dogs when she and her pet were walking.

• At 12:12 p.m. July 20 at 333 S. 320th St. a person reported that an unknown suspect placed a cross and a magazine opened to an article titled “The Art of Dying” on the complainant’s property. Other magazines were found at neighbor’s apartments as well. Management was notified.

• At 4:57 p.m. July 20 in the 3100 block of Pacific Highway South police stopped a suspect for a traffic infraction. The passenger in the vehicle was advised to stay in the vehicle. He instead fled. A taser was used to subdue the suspect and take the person into custody.

• At 1:08 p.m. July 21 the rape of a juvenile at 36201 Enchanted Parkway South was reported.

• At 10:54 p.m. July 22 at 2305 S.W. 336th St. police responded to a call of malicious mischief. A victim reported that a customer at a drive-thru window threw a full cup of ice at her, striking her in the head.

• At 11:18 a.m. July 23 at 36201 Enchanted Parkway S. a woman reported a section of her truck’s muffler, its catalytic converter and oxygen sensors stolen from the vehicle while it was parked.

• At 6:08 p.m. July 23 at 36801 Milton Road S. a man was arrested for indecent exposure after he masturbated in front of undercover police officers in a public restroom.
