The Federal Way School District recently translated several of the district’s Web pages into Russian, Spanish and Korean. The translated pages can be viewed by clicking on the translated words for the languages on the left of the pages at www.fwps.org.

Candidates forum Sept. 3

The Federal Way Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a candidates forum Sept. 3.

The event, which is scheduled in conjunction with the Chamber’s September membership luncheon, runs 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club in Federal Way.

The forum will feature candidates for state representative. Mark Miloscia and Michael Thompson will vie for state representative position 1, while Skip Priest and Carol Gregory will vie for state representative position 2.

The forum will be opened to questions from the audience.
