The House Key Federal Way down payment assistance program, administered by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, under the authority of the City of Federal Way, will help stabilized neighborhoods within the community and assist approximately 19 low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers purchase foreclosed or bank owned homes in designated areas of Federal Way.
