FUSION annual fundraiser goes virtual for Aug. 5 event

Register to bid on auction items before the Wednesday, Aug. 5 event.

Next week’s annual fundraiser for FUSION Transitional Housing for Families has gone virtual.

FUSION’S Impressionism: Monet by the Bay virtual auction event will take place from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5. All proceeds help support the nonprofit’s mission to house homeless families.

There is no cost to participate in the event, however you do need to register beforehand. To register for online bidding, visit fusion2020.ggo.bid.

The silent auction event opens at midnight Saturday, Aug. 1 up until the event’s start at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5.

During the fundraiser event, virtual attendees can participate in the livestream auction, enjoy entertainment, and hear stories from individuals FUSION has helped.

Some of this year’s auction items include seven night stay at a private house on the coast of Manzanillo, Mexico, an opportunity to be one of the first to tour FUSION’s new Family Center and enjoy a meal on site with the FUSION Board of Directors, a Holland America weeklong cruise for two and more.
