South King Fire and Rescue is putting a plan in motion to buy land owned by Quadrant Homes.
The land is located north of 320th Street and east 332nd Street, all just to the east of I-5. It was owned by the developer, but the construction plans never worked out.
SKFR has signed a letter on intent to buy the land, although this will still require approval by the Board of Commissioners.
The board next meets 4:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Training Station, 1405 SW 312th St.
