The city of Federal Way’s annual Red, White and Blues festival was held yesterday from 4 p.m. until the 10:15 p.m. fireworks show had fired its finale.

The event was well-attended, and Celebration Park was teeming with families, community members, attractions and local elected officials.

“It was a tremendous event, with good food, good entertainment and I think everyone had a great time,” said Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell after the event.
