The second season of Federal Way’s Got Talent wrapped up Sept. 3 at the Federal Way Farmers Market. The talent show is sponsored by the Federal Way Farmers Market and Vickie Chynoweth, realtor at KWPS.
This year, the talent was amazing. The judges had a hard time in deciding the winner. The judges are from the Federal Way Arts Commission: Kenny Byrne, Iveta Felzenberg and Karen Brugato. They used a point system with 7 categories to score each performance.
The winner for Federal Way’s Got Talent 2022 is Faina Marozov singing “You Raise Me Up.” The other acts that made it to the final round were Aimee Corondo, Ava Berg, Arlecier West, Dylan Yuste and Kendall Browne, Ilona Tabunscic, Dian VonWetzel and Garvaundo Hamilton.
The winner will receive a check for $500 and do a solo performance at the Taste of Federal Way on Sept. 24 at the Federal Way Farmers Market. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the Federal Way Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays at 1701 S. 320th St., on the south side of the Commons mall.
