Students of Federal Way Public Schools will go back to school on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
Parents can find all the back-to-school information needed, including school lunch costs, school supply and uniform lists, bus routes and more on the district’s website.
Enrollment Information:
The school district has provided a list of documents to register students in schools and encourages early enrollment by downloading and printing forms at home. The completed forms should then be brought to the school parents plan to enroll their child. To find which school is in your neighborhood, check the district map or call Tanya Nascimento at 253-945-2071.
School Lunch:
School meals can be fairly inexpensive. The Nutrition Services page includes the daily menu and meal costs. Parents can pay online with a debit or credit card. Free and reduced lunch applications can be completed online and district officials are in the process of mailing forms to all homes as well. Although paper forms can take up to 10 days to process.
Immunizations:
Get the state’s list of required immunizations on the Washington State Department of Health webpage.
