Seniors wanting to sharpen their computer skills will have an opportunity to learn about the Federal Way Senior Center’s computer classes when it holds a free open house at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10.
Interested seniors can meet the instructors, learn about the classes that will be offered beginning in January, 2015, and view the computer lab.
Additionally, instructors will be available to answer questions pertaining to their various classes. Refreshments will be available.
Courses are held in the morning or afternoon for two-hour sessions, and run from two to seven weeks, depending on the subject. The classes cost between $20-$50, plus the price of a book or handouts.
The Federal Way Senior Center is located in unincorporated South King County at 4016 S. 352nd St., Auburn, and supports activities for seniors in the King and Pierce County areas.
