Federal Way Public Schools’ Highly Capable Program (HCP) is accepting nominations for students who will be in kindergarten through the fifth grade in the 2014-2015 school year.

The process is not limited to just a parent or teacher. Anyone who wants to nominate a child for the program may do so.

The form can be completed online at www.fwps.org/academics/highlycapable. Forms can also be printed, filled out and a hard copy delivered to the district offices at 33330 Eighth Ave. S., Federal Way. Nominations are due by 4:30 p.m. Feb. 28. Late nominations will not be accepted due to the length of the standardized assessment processes and committee reviews.

A district team will review nominations and make the final selections.
