The Federal Way Rotary Club announced its 2013 scholarship winners during a luncheon June 4 at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club.

Each year, the club awards $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors based on their financial need, scholastic achievements, leadership skills and service to the community.
