In 2012, Jet Cities Sweet Adelines Chorus will mark its 50th anniversary.

The Federal Way City Council has officially decreed January 2012 to be “Sweet Adelines International Month” in Federal Way. Jet Cities Chorus, as a local affiliate of Sweet Adelines International, will be special guests and performers at the Jan. 3, 2012, meeting as the new council members are installed.

The proclamation recognizes Jet Cities “for the valuable entertainment and music education they provide to our city.”
