Federal Way Adopt-a-Family program receives donation

Soroptimist International of Federal Way, represented by president LeAnn Taylor, recently donated $500 to Wendy McIntosh, Grace Church, and Federal Way Chief of Police Andy Hwang, who are both sponsors of the Federal Way Adopt-a-Family program.

This holiday program makes it possible for low-income families to brighten the holidays for young people.

Parents “shop” and wrap presents for their children while the kids are creating presents for their parents.

Volunteers and donations are always needed to support this community giving program.
