Police are searching for four men who allegedly robbed a pawn shop at gunpoint on Wednesday night in Federal Way.
Around 6:30 p.m. Dec. 2, Federal Way police officers were dispatched to reports of an armed robbery at a pawn shop in the 32800 block of Pacific Highway South, according to FWPD Cmdr. Kurt Schwan.
Officers contacted the victims at the location who reported four men in their 20s entered the business, two of which were armed with handguns, and proceeded to rob them of merchandise, Schwan said.
The suspects fled on foot before officers arrived and have not been located. No one was injured during the incident.
There was a report of gunfire during the robbery, Schwan said, but officers have determined that did not occur and was most likely the sound of display cases being broken.
Federal Way police are still investigating this active incident and no further information is available.
