Robbery at business: At about 7:56 p.m. near the 1700 block of South 320th Street, officers responded to reports of a strong-armed robbery at a business.
April 6

Shoplifter caught: At about 2:31 p.m. near the 2200 block of South Commons, a man was arrested for shoplifting from Target at The Commons mall. The man was processed and released, pending his court date.
April 7

Storage unit break-in: At about 10 p.m. near the 35200 block of Pacific Highway South, an off-site alarm company reported that two unknown male suspects entered the Federal Way Supreme Storage property.
April 8
There were at least 4 reports of vehicle theft or attempted vehicle theft on this day.
Man with weapon arrested: At about 3:24 a.m. near the 31600 block of Pacific Highway South, officers responded to reports of a threat with a weapon. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect vehicle and a high-risk stop was initiated. The man was detained and booked into jail.
Business break-in: At about 2:10 a.m. near the 1700 block of South 320th Street, an unknown suspect used a rock to break the front window of a commercial business. A bottle of alcohol was stolen from the business.
Commercial fire: At about 5:48 a.m. near the 1400 block of South 324th Street, officers rescinded to a commercial fire.
Hit-and-run collision: At about 3:58 p.m. near the 35900 block of 18th Avenue SW, officers documented a hit-and-run collision that damaged city property.
April 9

DUI hit-and-run: At about 2:20 a.m. near the 31200 block of 28th Avenue South, officers responded to a hit-and-run collision. Investigation at the scene indicated the driver of the vehicle was also under the influence. The driver was arrested.
Concerning customer: At about 8:30 a.m. near the 160 block of SW Campus Drive, officers responded to WinCo Foods for reports of a man who entered the store screaming and covered in blood.
