South King Tool Library is selling surplus tools for fundraiser

Mark your calendar for July 20-21.

The South King Tool Library will host its community garage sale fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 20-21 at the tool library, 1700 S. 340th St., Federal Way.

Event organizers promise a fun-filled opportunity for the community to come together, find fantastic tools, and support a great cause. There will be games, face painting, cupcakes and popcorn – and, of course, tools.

The South King Tool Library will be selling thousands of surplus hand tools and powered tools from its inventory, including many unusual and unique finds for both casual tinkerers and serious DIY enthusiasts.

All proceeds from the sale will go directly toward supporting the South King Tool Library’s mission of strengthening the community through access to tools and resources. The organization’s goal is to empower residents to undertake their own projects, learn new skills, and foster a sense of community collaboration and support.
