Swimmers from the Marine Hills Swim and Tennis Club participated in the fourth annual Polar Bear Plunge at 1 p.m. March 7 at Redondo Beach, on the north side of Salty’s Restaurant (28201 Redondo Beach Drive – click here for a map).
