You’ll be able to ask the newspaper staff about their work or talk about issues affecting the region, such as homelessness, addiction and development, all while supporting a local business and the work of nonprofit FUSION to serve families in need. Federal Way Iftar Dinner for Christians and Muslims: A dinner for Christians and Muslims to make friends and have meaningful conversation about life’s biggest questions. March of Diapers Drive: Saturday, March 23, at Twin Lakes Fred Meyer from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The effort, hosted annually by local nonprofit Do The Right Thing, distributes baby and adult hygiene products to nearly two dozen organizations and nonprofits across the region, helping keep families stocked.
