Daylight savings: Set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Oct. 31

Daylight Saving Time begins on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November. This year, it began at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 8. It ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1.
Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night, Oct. 31.
