Soto was a former grand finalist in Guitar Center’s “Guitarmageddon” competition. His self-produced debut, “Long Time Coming,” caught the attention of producer greats Jeff Lorber and Paul Brown who, in turn, helped produce his sophomore release, “Stay Awhile.” Soto’s single “Slammin’” became a hit as well as the title cut “Stay Awhile.” He is also an accomplished composer and arranger, with his songs prominently positioned on many TV shows. Accompanying him for this appearance are three consummate local musicians Ed Weber on keyboards and piano, Osama Afifi on bass and Bryon Atterberry on drums.

The event will be held Marine View Church, 8469 Eastside Dr. NE, Tacoma. For directions, visit www.marineviewpc.org.
