Initiative 1163 will cost $80 million over the next two years. How will it be paid?

Initiative 1163 will cost $80 million over the next two years. How will it be paid? There are two alternatives. One is to raise taxes. The other is to slash services to seniors. I don’t like either one. Vote no on Initiative 1163.
