Roger Flygare runs a court reporting business and is responsible for providing accurate records that can determine guilt or innocence. His website says “When money, time and accurate transcripts are important, call Flygare & Associates, Inc.”
But, for his own personal gain, he will misrepresent transcripts, lie outright or by omission, accept rewards based on those lies and blame those granting awards for believing him, with blatant arrogance.
Last week, after a fellow military veteran questioned the validity of his claims, Roger Flygare has been exposed for lying and revisionism.
Also last week, Roger Flygare hastily provided documents to the Federal Way Mirror that proves the number of Vietnam tours was blatantly fabricated.
The documents show that Flygare simply lied about his history for personal gain. And The Federal Way Mirror apparently has unquestioningly accepted the offered explanation and granted Flygare a free integrity pass. Considering such a gross character flaw exposure, the Federal Way Mirror still appears as one of those organizations endorsing him for state representative.
Awards were given to Flygare based on those lies and instead of making an immediate correction, Flygare not only accepted the ill-gotten honors, he dismissively blames the organization giving him the award for believing his lies.
“When asked for an explanation of his lack of due diligence in not correcting his introduction and speech; Mr. Flygare’s response was that he cannot be responsible for what the Vietnamese misinterpreted” as he accepted recognition from the Vietnamese veterans for being a three tour combat veteran with a Purple Heart medal. Document shown to The Mirror show only one tour in Vietnam, with some time served in Germany that does not add up to a complete tour.
The military veteran that first raised the red flag questions that proof provided shows the Purple Heart that Flygare so proudly wears everywhere may have been self-awarded. The documents Roger Flygare showed may have been created on his clerk issued typewriter while in the military.
Roger Flygare’s name does not produce results when entered into a national database of Purple Heart recipients.
With this kind of record, do you want a man with absolutely no integrity elected to any office? I ask if this man is so cavalier about his personal life that he will lie and reap the benefits of those lies, how can any of his business clients trust him?
And how can anyone vote for a man of such despicably integrity to represent them in Olympia.
Roger Flygare will never get my vote.
